Spacious and clean, with a great yard for the dog. I really appreciated getting in a little bit early. Neighborhood is easy bike ride to downtown but a little dicey.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Great place to stay! We stayed for a graduation and the house had all the amenities. It was very clean when we arrived. The space was dog-friendly. Alena responded quickly to questions I had. Overall great place! :)

This home fit our party of 6 adults very comfortably. The location was perfect, close in yet quiet and peaceful. I like that it is a single level home with open floor plan so easily accessible to all guests. We did not bring pets, but it is nice to see that pets are welcome too.

This was our second time staying at Jeffrey's place and we felt right at home. Checking in is super easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing the piano and hanging out in the front petting the neighborhood cats. Finally, Jeffrey is always very proactive and responsive in his communications. We hope to be able to stay at Jeffrey's place again next year!

Great place to stay that is very close to Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille. Comfortably fit our family of six and our dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay and the pool was perfect for our kids and their cousins, aged 6-9. Will definitely be planning to stay here again when we are in the area next!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

The convenience to the gondola, the water park and town was perfect for us. The kids loved the open area downstairs and we couldn't believe how well stocked everything was, the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. We will defiantly stay here in the future if available.

they were great hosts awesome space the pull out was really uncomfortable though and fairly pricey for a room without a stove which caused me to spend more on. food than I'd have liked. I'd take out the dish washer and replace with a stove. my son got very sick and we had to cut short which was a bummer because it was beautiful. we got locked out too and they were fast to help me which was amazing. the cost of the hotel in the same spot included tickets to Waterpark had I known that I would've opted for the hotel with tickets versus room and tickets for extra. but very nice place and by far one of the best hosts I've EVER dealt with...ever!!!

We had a fantastic stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub in winter, and in privacy which was special! Enough space to spread out comfortably in each room. If come back again! The host was very responsive and accommodating. A plus!

This was a last minute booking after an unexpected cancellation from a stay we had planned. Every thing worked out for the best, David was very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and the hot tub was very relaxing. The house is cozy and the decor is so cute & homey. I would absolutely stay again.

A really nice and confortable small house with very nice amenities. The location is great for skiing at Lookout Pass. Also very close to Wallace which has a nice market, pubs, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. Tkx!!

Blackridge Cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Kip and Jennifer were incredibly gracious, and the setting was breathtaking! We grilled and ate outside one night and the view and sunset were stunning! (Also enjoyed that bottle of wine—thank you!) The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Lastly, the hot tub was a bonus! Thank you so much for your hospitality—we had an amazing stay!

We checked in February 21 and stayed for 7 weeks. Communication was excellent, and Gwenyth was super quick to respond to any questions. Home was extremely clean and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. The beds and covers were very comfortable. The house looked exactly like photos and the description was right on. Treats were there for our dog when we arrived as well as a comfy cover.

This lake side residence is truly a 10 star luxury property. The home is immaculately furnished with high end features and fixtures. The bathrooms are spa like and the kitchen would be the envy of a Michelin starred chef. The remote location on the lake ensures the utmost privacy with virtually non-existent boat traffic which enhances the day time activities such as water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming or just floating on inner tubes. Peaceful evenings are ideal for dinner on the expansive deck and star gazing late at night. My family had an incredible experience at this home and will be back next year for more fun and adventures.
