Penthouse apartment next to town center with amazing view of the Diocletian Palace,port and marina. The Palace itself,1700 years old, is just a short 5 min walk from the apartment and its a certified UNESCO site. Filled with lots of small caffes and pitorescque restaurants it offers entertainment and Croatian cuisine at its best. Beaches are not far,a 15 min walk from the apartment at either side of the port. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.

najpoželjnija lokacija u splitu za vaš boravak !! stan površine 107 m2 nalazi se na prvom katu seceskijske zgrade prvi red do mora i marine.stan je u potpunosti renoviran od 2021 do 2024 poštujući izvornik te je kao takav prepun umjetnina antikviteta!! nisam kao svi ostali uređivao stan da bude moderan nego naprotiv;godinama sam kupovao antikni namještaj i stan uređivao kako bi se moji gosti osjećali ugodno!! vjerujem da će te biti jako zadovoljni,te ću nastojati sve vaše zahtjeve ispuniti!!

B&B suite, terrace with sea and city view, parking

A comofrtable 2-bedroom apartment with big terrace and beautiful sea view. There is private parking in front of the building. 55m2 space with two bedrooms, three beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room + 20m2 of terrace. Apartment is equipped with 50'' TV, Breville coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine & dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, towels... You are more then welcome to use everything you can find in the apartment.

House Neda - 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with big terrace, barbecue, free parking and beautiful sea view. Apartment is located on 1st floor of the family house ad has 120m2, it has 3 bedrooms, large kitchen that is fully equiped, 2 bathrooms, balcony and large terrace with sitting area. There is also barbecue in the yard that you can you can use. In our apartment you can find everything that you might need for your pefect vacation.

Apartment is perfectly located, 50 meters from the most beautiful city beach Znjan. For 3 minutes, you are on the beach. By uber it takes 10 minutes to the old town. Also you can rent a bike nearby.

Amazing View Near The City Center
