"Spendida villetta con giardino privato a 50 metri dall'incantevola Spiaggia di Santa Margherita all'interno della Comunione La Perla Marina . Composta da 3 camere da letto , una cameretta , 2 bagni, e due verande con giardino privato e Barbecue a gas . Aria condizionata in tutte le camere e nel soggiorno. WIFI ed ampia zona per il parcheggio auto. Ideale per famiglie che vogliano rilassarsi mentre i bambini/ragazzi accedono alla spiaggia ed al mare in totale indipendenza e sicurezza.

Un delizioso appartamento situato ad 1 km dalle bianche spiagge di Porto Pino. Completamente arredato e dotato di tutti i moderni comfort : lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, tv schermo piatto ed aria condizionata. Ottime condizioni,sito all'interno di un condomino privato dotato di cancello elettrico con telecomando personale, parcheggio privato scoperto e piscina condominiale ( piscina aperta dal 01 Giugno al 30 Settembre ) Suggestiva vista panoramica.
