casa immersa nella natura, la vegetazione mediterranea fa sentire il profumo del lentischio, arbusto tipico della Sardegna,. posto tranquillo,distante circa 300 metri dal mare .La zona e' servita da bus , a pochi chilometri ci sono ristoranti, market, farmacia, pizzerie, frutta e verdure direttamente dal contadino. il clima e' buono, quasi tropicale. la casa e' new entry, ma gestita da Leandro, super host (AMATO DAGLI OSPITI) con 115 ottime recensioni . codice RegioneSardegna IUN R7594..

Apartment in villa, with infinity pool, great sea views from most parts of the villa, the terrace and garden area; 300m walking distance from the beach. Newly renovated, with stunning state of the art kitchen, comfortable seating in living, dining and terrace area. Villa Rosati Beach House

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

Splendida casa con giardino privato

È composto da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, cucina dotata del necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, zona living con divano letto per due ragazzi, bagno con lavabo in pietra, water, bidet e doccia. All’esterno una doccia, un delizioso giardino con gazebo, braciere, tavolo, sedie e salotto all’aperto vi faranno trascorrere una vacanza nel relax.

The accommodation is located a few steps from the Costa Rei Beach, the location is central surrounded by all services, the accommodation has a terrace for relaxation and rest , and you can eat outside. You cant find inside to the estructure umbrellas, deck shairs for the beach, table games and other games for the childrens.

My relaxed flat is located in the old town of Calasetta, 260mt from the beautiful beach "Sottotorre", close to all facilities. It has 2 terraces seaview, perfect for dinning. Ideal for families and couples & friends (max 5). Free off street parking.
