There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

1865 Traditional Spetsiot House

In the Kounoupitsa area a stone warehouse and wine barrel workshop of 1865 was transformed many years ago into two country houses of a brother and sister. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent microclimate, one of the coolest on the island. Panagiotis' residence is cool, airy, fully equipped, for short or longer stays and has a beautiful courtyard to spend pleasant mornings and special evenings.

Cozy large apartment (45m2 or 485 sq. ft), only a 7-minute walk from the harbour and one block (130m) from the main sandy beach. As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants.
