Welcome to Lemonia! Our breezy and peaceful family-run apartments are the perfect oasis for you to venture back and forth from! Set to the East side of the Island we are uniquely positioned 15 minutes equidistant walk to the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst ideally positioned a stones throw from beautiful Garifalo & Paradise Beach in a quiet neighbourhood Please note all guests will be required to provide full name, address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greeknationals) when booking

Traditional house built in 1856

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Με απόσταση 3χμ από το κέντρο του νησιού και 2xμ από τη νότια πλευρά του, το Παλιό Λιμάνι με τα εστιατόρια και τη νυχτερινή ζωή, καθιστά τα διαμερίσματα Κουζουνός ιδανική τοποθεσία για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Με θέα την παραλία Κουζουνός με τα σμαραγδένια νερά μόλις 40μέτρα άμεσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Αναπνεύστε.. Σπέτσες!

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
