Welcome to Lemonia! Our breezy and peaceful family-run apartments are set to the East side of the Island. We are ideally positioned 15 mins equidistant from the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst still a stones throw away from beautiful Garifalo beach & Paradise Beach. Please note all guests will be required as per Greek law to provide full name, full address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greek nationals) immediately upon booking (same as hotel) so we can declare our income in Greece.

Traditional house built in 1856

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Villa Salanti

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Sue's Cottage

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Beautiful island house with magic view in Spetses

Α beautiful traditional 80m² house, located in Dapia and within walking distance of all Spetses sights. It's suitable for families as fully furnished & equipped (sheets, towels, dishwasher/washer, air condition, ceiling fans, 2 coffemakers, TV, video, cdplayer, wifi), 2 bedrooms, 75m² yard, a HUGE shared swimming pool (open May-September). Part of a traditional holiday complex, the house is independent &quiet, avoiding motorcycle noise Spetses suffers from.

19th Century Traditional Seafront Mansion

A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk from the commercial center of the island in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need.

Sophie's charming place near beach

Cozy large apartment (45m2 or 485 sq. ft), only a 7-minute walk from the harbour and one block (130m) from the main sandy beach. As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a large garden with several dining areas under the trees and stars, and private sitting spaces in all corners.

My place is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, center, super market, beach bars and more. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance and it's very comfy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Villa Papageorgiou Studio 2

1 of 2 Self contained Studios in Spetses town centre. 4 minute walk to the coast and to the heart of the port known as Dapia. The villa is very close to the bulk of the restaurants, bars and transport to other beaches. The studios are within a lovely gated garden development including the old family house.
