Enjoy a visit to our family friendly home and neighbourhood. A short distance to shores of Lake Macquarie for a walk or bike ride. We are spoilt for choice with 4 great cafes and 1 pub serving amazing food and coffee within walking distance. The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

The Vista at The Bay! Spacious and sunsets!

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located oasis. Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. Want more?, you can enjoy 4WDs on local beaches and the nearby Watagan Mts with easy rainforest walks and picnic areas. Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 minutes with Newcastle port and its famous surf beaches only 25 minutes, so why aren't you here?

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Convenient location at the top of Lake Macquarie. Good access to all the hospitals, shopping centres, lake tourist areas and beautiful Speers Point park. Fully self contained with microwave, hotplate, good kitchenette. Initial breakfast items provided, muesli or rolled oats, eggs, bread, butter, spreads, tea, coffee, milk. Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Host on hand.. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through.

Family 3-bedroom Oasis with Pool & Spa

Relax with the whole family in our home featuring everything you'd expect plus a whole lot more. A private oasis, perfect to connect with your family over food, nature and swimming in the heated pool and spa. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Lake view retreat with private pool/Spa

Guests retreat with lake views in a ground level of a modern home, private pool and spa at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level has only guests unit with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. Pool - 8am to 8pm Spa 4- 8:30pm May-Aug 5:30-9:30pm Sep-Feb (preferable spa times are programed via Airbnb messages)

Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
