Fabulous house! We enjoyed our stay. Nice big beds, 2 big sofas, large table and smart tvs made everyone comfortable! Clean and pretty! Highly recommend for friends or families! Listing did say keyless entry, but we had to message host to get inside, then use keys for the weekend. Otherwise, the home was as listed and had better and more plentiful provisions then we have ever seen. The kitchen had many pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, baggies and saran wrap. We would definitely recommend this home and stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room. Was in the area for work so there was 4 of us staying together and we never disturbed each other. Very nice neighborhood.

The only thing that I would have as an issue was we used the gas grill. A better Maintenace program on this would be helpful. There was a lot of left over residual in the pan underneath that caught fire and could have been an issue being right next to the porch deck. So two things any Airbnb should make this part of the routine maintenance. As a Guest I will certainly be much more aware of this the next time I use a grill. It is fabulous place. I had 6 customers over for a dinner last night before golf tournament today. Super comfortable and beautiful on the porch. I would certainly love to stay there again in the future!

Karen’s place is awesome. The descriptions were very right on except the place is much bigger than you can imagine. Such a quiet part of the country. You can see cows in the distance. The place has everything you could need. It was very relaxing for us after being with grand children all day. We hope to stay there each time we visit our family.

This was an excellent stay at Grandmas Cozy Cottage!! Felt at home. Had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Very clean house. Steven was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. There were children’s books and games. Very nice for our children. Also a back porch with a table and chairs we ate breakfast out there. Dollar General very close (half mile) and a Food Lion (grocery store) about 4 miles away. Our favorite park Tyger River Park about 15-20 minutes away. We had a fantastic experience. Had a wedding on Palm Sunday and then stayed till Easter Sunday with my parents. Thank you Steven!

Jessica’s place was even better than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare meals for 15 people! The grill and patio area were great for relaxing in the evenings. Starbucks on the corner and Publix moments away were a plus. Everything was spotless. Jessica was quick to respond to the tiniest question and so friendly and welcoming! If we return to the area, we won’t hesitate to stay again!!!

Loved staying at AJ’s place! It was perfect for our stay for a few days! He was great at communication and the space was as advertised. The patio and outdoor area is great for relaxing after a long day. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Beautifully decorated and renovated home. A very comfortable, relaxing place to stay within a quick drive of anything you might need in Spartanburg! We stayed with my two small kids, and it was a great space for them, as well as for the adults. Kathleen was highly flexible, responsive, and understanding. She was easy to get in touch with, and she was incredibly accommodating of our needs. The house and yard are well taken care of and maintained. We couldn’t recommend Kathleen or her home more highly!

Came to town for the closing of a new house. I am familiar with the area and for our purposes we were centrally located for our needs. The house had everything we needed. I work from home and the upstairs has a desk equipt with necessities. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful adds Sheila made sure to include. She was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. I recommend staying here and if I have friends coming to town I will certainly book here again to accommodate them.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with two little ones. Its everything you are looking for in a home away from home, that you can easily settle in to and feel right at home. All the essentials + more. You can really tell they have taken the time to think about and understand their customers needs in creating a warm, welcoming and convent environment. Highly recommended!

Our stay at your place was located at a good location due to the nature of our trip to South Carolina. Excellent customer service and communication with the host.

Had a great stay in 3 of their 4 places due to timing with home renovations. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. All 3 homes were immaculate and very cozy.

Room for a crowd. If you're planning a family reunion with outdoor space, this is it. This home is conveniently located on Hwy 11, so it's easy to find. Covered outdoor space is huge. Large indoor dining area for serving family, with direct access to the covered patio. Beds were comfortable. One full bath, but 2 half baths. Great for entertaining. We were there for work so we didn't have much time for checking out the nearby golf course. Literally 5 minutes away from Lake Bowen and all of it's great opportunities. This is an 80's style ranch home, very comfortable with casual feel.

Great, beautiful space. Stocked with everything you could need. Super comfy beds. Had some minor things come up that the hosts were on top of - love to see that. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for when booking. It was clean, spacious and a perfect place for a home away from home. It was in a nice, quiet and safe location. Although the house felt like it was removed, it was very convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend!
