A charming old townhouse, fully renovated to the highest standard, with stunning sea and mountain views from the 25 sqm terrace. The house is located just behind the main street, Calle Miguel, in the picturesque Old Town, just a stone's throw from the beautiful church at the square. CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Huisje op loopafstand strand Pedregalejo Malaga

Dit fantastische huisje ligt vlakbij de stranden van Pedregalejo. Het huisje is volledig gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien! Geniet van de prachtige tuin en parkeer voor de deur. Het prachtige en sfeervolle huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een ruime tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een toilet, keuken en woonkamer. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Eén slaapkamer heeft een ruim balkon. Benodigdheden voor kinderen zijn ook aanwezig in het huis.

La vivienda esta ubicada en un entorno privilejiado, contacto directo con la playa, ademas de lo necesario en una vivienda, , dispone de material para distintas actividades por las cuales no hay que pagar suplemento alguno. Dispone de: kayak, tabla de surf, sauna exterior, ducha exterior, barbacoa, .. La tranquilidad del entorno amenizado por el ruido del mar. Durante el invierno el techo y laterales de la terraza delantera se cierran para disfrutar de esa terraza aunque llueva.

Este alojamiento único tiene personalidad propia. Desconecta y relájate junto al mar en esta casa con diseño orgánico y todas las comodidades. Vive la experiencia de despertar junto al mar, a solo unos escalones del agua del Mar menor y con acceso directo desde la terraza a la piscina, el lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en la playa y disfrutar de la mejor puesta de sol en la terraza. A 2 minutos a pie del Mar mediterráneo, estar entre dos mares es un verdadero lujo.

Acogedor y soleado dúplex situado a tan solo 300 metros de la playa de San Juan, piscina abierta todo el año y donde disfrutarás de un entorno tranquilo y agradable. Dispone de WIFI 500mb, A/C y calefacción, lavavajillas, cafetera, escritorio de trabajo, Smart TV 4k, entre otras comodidades, así como de todos los servicios necesarios a menos de 5 minutos a pie (supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y zonas verdes). Se aceptan máximo 4 adultos + 1 niño en el sofá/cama.

Queremos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan seguros! Limpiamos y desinfectamos después de cada alquiler. Casa de 3 plantas con garaje. Salón comedor con puerta de cristal con vista al mar. Acceso directo a la playa desde la terraza. Chimenea. Cocina reformada y bien equipada, 3 habitaciones dobles y un ático con cama doble. Todos los colchones son nuevos. 2 baño y 1 aseo. Piscina comunitaria con zona para niños. Tabla de SUP a disposición de nuestros huéspedes.
