The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00m) und es gibt genug Platz für ein Kinderbett. Das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum überdachten Gartensitzplatz mit Schaukel und Sandkasten, bietet zwei weitere Schlafplätze. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine lädt zum verweilen ein.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.
