This home is only a quick 20 min drive to the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville and is very close to many restaurants and shops. The 3 BR 2.5 BA townhouse is perfect for families or couples and sleeps up to 10! Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $1000 fee assessed which includes smoking of any kind or bringing unauthorized pets.

Confirm the awesome reviews for yourself!! 2 story townhome built 12/2022. Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. So much to do in Downtown Jax, look at the pictures I posted for suggestions and all only 8 minutes away from location! Please check out our reviews!

The townhouse has a ground floor which is very suitable for seniors and those with special needs because it has a room with two Queen beds/full bathroom/kitchen/living room/dining area/an exit to a playroom,a small backyard,a laundry room. The second floor has 2 rooms+full bathroom+crib+TV. One of them is a walk-through room and has no window. Wide parking (4 cars). Good location in orange park. Quiet area.
