Der Aufenthalt war wirklich großartig. Die Unterkunft liegt am nördlichen Ende der Insel direkt an einem kleinen Strand. Das Wasser ist etwas felsig um Baden zu gehen, aber es ist trotzdem ein sehr ruhiger schöner Strand zum Entspannen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit am großen Salzwasserpool verbracht, in Mitten eines wunderschön blühenden grünen Gartens. Das besondere an dem Aufenthalt war jedoch das Personal, bestehen aus 3 Personen. Wir haben noch nie so herzliche Menschen getroffen, die ihren Job lieben und einem sehr zuvorkommenden einen herausragenden Service bieten (sehr aufmerksam). Sie haben für uns jeden Abend Lagerfeuer gemacht, einmal sogar von einem befreundeten Fischer eine Angel für abends ausgeliehen oder uns einfach ganz unerwartet geröstete Cashews serviert. In jedem anderen Resort ist man gewöhnt für jeden Service bezahlen zu müssen, sie waren einfach nur bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie nur möglich zu machen. Das Restaurant an der Unterkunft ist auch ausgezeichnet,

The views from the villa are stunning. The entrance to the property is something very special. Would recommend all the restaurants a couple of doors along (including the 2 fishes and beach club). The walk to the town along the beach is nice and if wanting a taxi instead these are easy to call or flag down. Great house and host. Recommended.

My wife and I are traveling the world, and out of all of our stays globally, this air bnb was hands down the very best we have stayed in. The pictures online do not do the property justice, as it’s hard to capture the thoughtful detail that has gone into every inch of the design as well as the decor. Once at the villa we didn’t want to leave to go anywhere (it was that spectacular). The million dollar view! The pool (naturally heated by the sun) was a PERFECT temperature. The Balinese outdoor furniture was luxurious and super comfortable. We woke up every day like we were in a luxury resort, but without any people to take away from the experience. The host Daniel and his team consisting of Neil were responsive and friendly, giving us suggestions of local places to visit on the island. We knew If we needed anything at all, it would be handled swiftly. We have already planned our return trip to this villa. TEN STARS! We will see you again soon! Bryan and Mary

Ployz was very helpful and the view from the villa was beautiful. Cleaners came every day and cleaned any bugs from the pool which was great. The taxi service available was brilliant, very fast and affordable. This service was essential as I would have been nervous walking on the road between the villa and town, traffic in Koh Tao is crazy. There were several restaurants you could order breakfast or dinner to the villa from and the food was great and arrived very quickly. Given it was slightly outside of the town, the taxi and food services made us really comfortable and accommodated this greatly. Overall it was very much worth the cost and the host was extremely helpful.

Rachel is a rockstar at catering to ALL of your needs & she is SO kind & courteous about it, from beginning to end!!🥰 Her communication & hospitality are spectacular, both through message & in person❤️ With a honeymoon so far from home, in a place we’ve never been to before, she took care of so many details that helped eliminate potential stressors of being in such a new environment. We were SO GRATEFUL🙏🙏 The Hatch is absolutely beautiful🤩 great location for reaching a variety of places. The views are breathtaking & being able to look straight out to it from the super comfy bed is a dream come true😍 it is equipped with everything you need & Rachel’s awesome team helps keep it tidy too! Everything was extremely clean, organized & so adorably decorated😊 it is wonderfully breezy with the doors & windows open during the day, so you don’t have to use the air conditioning all the time. There are two fans that kept us very comfortable on top of that as well. A honeymoon well spent here

Writing this review whilst laid on the deck overlooking the Andaman Sea! The Perch Villa is bliss. The Villa its self is so peaceful and just like the pictures, the plunge pool is also perfect to keep cool. Like the other reviews there is construction next door but it didn’t really bother us. Jan, the house manager, was simply wonderful and kindly arranged everything for us before we arrived at the villa - transfers, scooters, onward transfer, nothing was too much trouble and her warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The Villa is a walk away from the village centre and a few local cafes, restaurants and bars. A short scooter ride opens up more possibilities around the island, especially deserted beaches! We loved our stay and wished we were able to stay longer!

דירה מהממת ומאובזרת היטב בכל מה שצריך, מיקום מעולה !!!! באזור ממש יפה של האי מלא מסעדות ברחוב הצמוד, חופים יפים הגענו עם תינוקת וגיא דאג שיהיה לנו כיסא ומיטה עבורה הבית מהמם נקי ומרווח, חדרים גדולים מקלחת גדולה מטבח מושלם עם כל מה שצריך כדי לבשל לבד 10/10 !!!!!! חוויה מושלמת שמחים שמצאנו את המקום הזה ❤️🙏🏻

the most beautiful villa I've ever stayed in with amazing staff

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay! The property is nestled on top of a hill, offering total calm and quiet — the perfect escape. Every morning, we woke up to the most breathtaking sunrises and panoramic ocean views. The infinity pool was a true highlight, making it feel like you’re floating above the sea. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday!
