Close to all amenities, yet removed enough to allow for total relaxation, Heron House is the best of both worlds. Pool closed mid Sept - mid June.

Welcome to our non-smoking home in a quiet neighborhood, offering tranquility and convenience. Enjoy air conditioning, and a walk-out basement leading to a backyard with a pool (12 Jun-30 Sep) and deck. Stay active in our home gym. Admire river views and explore nearby walking trails through the salt marsh. Not for parties. No smoking (additional cleaning cost of $200 if smoke smell needs to be removed). Noise level detection is installed so please keep the noise down.
