Sommerhus tæt på vand og skov.

90 m2 rummelig sommerhus i roligt område på Nordfalster. Kun 100 meter til fælles børne- og voksen pool (åben medio juni-ultimo august). 50 meter fugleflugtslinie til Guldborgsund, og ca. 250 meter til lille badestrand, hvor der også er badebro. Blot 8 min. fra motorvej, så meget centralt beliggende ift. Lolland, Falster, Møn og Sjælland, hvor masser af seværdigheder er inden for 1 times rækkevidde. Huset har fibernet, TV, og al nødvendig service og hvidevarer, for at få en komfortabelt ferie.

Poolhouse, No smoking

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Lärkhöjden spa och golf Juniorsvit med egen bastu

Njut i denna juniorsvit med underbar utsikt. 35 m2 med egen dusch/wc och privat bastu. Totalrenoverat 2024. 160 cm underbar kontinentalsäng, pentry med micro, liten kyl, vattenkokare, brödrost, kokplatta och air-fryer. Gästhuset ligger bredvid vårt eget boende. Utomhusmiljön delas. Nära Vasatorp GK och bara 15 minuter till Helsingborg city och Väla. Tillgång till stor pool och jacuzzi. I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4.

Idyllisk hytte ved vandet

Vores hyggelige træ-hytte er den perfekte getaway! Hovedhuset har stue, spiseplads og køkken samlet i ét, med sovesofa til to. Sovehuset har en dobbeltseng med egen indgang, og badehuset tilbyder en brusekabine til ro og afslapning. Fra køkkenet går man ud på en stor træterrasse – perfekt til morgenkaffe og middage. 4 min. gang til stranden/vandet og fælles swimmingpool om sommeren. Chromecast, bøger og basisting som shampoo, balsam og kaffemaskine. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder.

Bedste beliggenhed ved Køge Bugt

Denne unikke bolig har panorama udsigt over Køge Bugt med udsigt til København. Der er egen stor strandgrund og fin badebro. Egen opvarmet pool, som er overdækket, men som også kan åbnes. To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Idyllic house, access to shared pool

A perfect house to relax with the family. The house is in two floors. ground floor consist of a big kitchen and dinning area. A library and toilet. Access to the garden and a big wooden terrasse. The 1. floor consist of one master bedroom, two other bedrooms and a living room. Toilet with bath and access to a big balcony. There is access to pool area 100 meters away on the nearby camping spot, play grounds, animals and the house is located only 700 meters from the water.

Villa med opvarmet pool & udespa

Villa i roligt kvarter på Frederiksberg i Sorø med opvarmet pool (maj-september) og udendørs spa i privat have. Tæt på skov og sø, gåafstand til indkøb og 3 km fra centrum med caféer, butikker og restauranter. Boligen er også egnet til børnefamilier med små børn, da poolen er indhegnet. Huset indeholder stort køkken-alrum med stue, to badeværelser og tre soveværelser (det ene er et børneværelse med mulighed for at sætte en ekstra dobbeltseng op).

Harbour View, 168m2 luxurious city appartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
