This was a great place to stay, it was well stocked & clean. They really have everything you need but your toothbrush & toothpaste. We had 2 couples & 2 single adults in our group. The 2 king bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are pretty steep. It is the mountains so everything is steep but that is what we came for. 1 of the couples that planned on staying in 1 of the king rooms could not make it up the stairs so we had to do some rearranging of sleeping arrangements but it was fine. The drive is also pretty steep so be careful when coming in at night, there is a huge drop off to the right at the top of the drive. We had 2 crew cab trucks each with 22 ft trailers for side by sides and made it. It was pretty tight to turn around but we did it. This is standard in the mountains so be prepared, they also have additional parking available across the highway but did not utilize it. Close to 3 trail heads and had a great time. Living/Sun rooms are good for 4 adults each

I stayed for 2 weeks on business and felt right at home. It is very new, extremely clean, and has a comfortable vibe. It’s tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, and great lighting. There is a bit of traffic noise, but any valley in Kentucky will be near roads, and it died down at night. I also stayed a couple of nights at a local hotel for about the same cost, but the value of this Airbnb far exceeds any hotel within many miles. It’s evident the owners take pride in this property, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This cabin is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone. Andi was the best host and was very kind and helpful. She made the process a breeze and was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great location! Just a short little drive to the trail head for Rockhouse. House was clean and comfortable! Debbie was super nice and responsive. Brad was awesome as well! We would definitely stay again!

Quite and peaceful, There are beds in what use to be common areas of the house but for what it is rented for (UTV trips which usually require lots of beds for a group) It works. It was clean and the host was very helpful with recommendations and answered any questions we had during our visit. Would stay there again. The road that it is on goes right to a trailhead.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while we visited family. This little house is so cute and homey! Also very clean. We had a fun little vacation. I plan to stay here any time we are back in the area if the property is available.

Had another great stay at Jim's place. For anyone with a large trailer I was able to put a 20 foot utility trailer on the concrete pad in front of the garage what was out of the way of the road. While it is not on Google maps the Beech Nut Hollow road (where the house is) does connect directly on 65 so you are able to make a loop if you have a large trailer. This means you don't have to run around with a large trailer you can come in one way and out another.

We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again when back in town !
