There are wild kangaroos on the Property and other wildlife including 50-+ Bird species . The studio is part of the Resort and you got access to all amenities like a communal BBQ, Fire pit, Library, walking-running tracks and fishing in the private lake. Broadwater Resort welcomes your well-behaved canine companions. Please note that we have blackout periods for pets during the December-January School holidays and Easter Holidays. There's an additional $38.00 per night pet fee for each dog. We'll provide a dog bed and bowls, but feel free to bring your pet's amenities for extra comfort.
