Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Yallingup Pure Living (Breakfast and Free Wifi)

Unwind and wake to birdsong in a perfect couples' (or singles) getaway in the Yallingup Hills. The bathroom is luxuriously spacious, containing double shower heads /basins, plus a large bath. A huge walk-in robe is perfect for getting ready for evenings out. Bedroom has a new queen bed. Relax and enjoy the view from the sunny living area. Have your breakfast and coffee, read a book, or watch sunsets from your private deck. You'll be self sufficient in the kitchenette. Kangaroos pop by daily.

“Winston” Tanjanerup Chalets

Blackwood River is right at your door step with plenty of walk trails and bike tracks to discover. Come meet Larry, Pebbles & Flossy our resident pet cow and sheep. They will greet you on arrival & there's even feed for their feed bucket or feed them by hand. Town's within strolling distance. The chalet is located on the edge of a 130acre paddock. There's an adjoining second chalet connected by a locked decking door. Plenty of room with everything you need for that special time away. NO Pets

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

We’ve done a Reno on the gazebo on the lake so you’ll be able sit down and enjoy a wine overlooking the water. You can take a dip in the lake , paddle the kayak or try your luck to catch a red fin. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.

We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close.
