Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette! The house was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, spacious, epic pool area and lots of other amenities! Close enough to downtown and beach, only 15-20 mins from Tampa airport. Very convenient. And hosts were very responsive. We had a great stay!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Mark's home was comfy and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. We had an excellent stay at this location. Everything was as described. The views and sunset was beautiful. We had a few meals at the Big Bamboo Bayside Bar which were excellent. All the staff was super nice. Our hosts were responsive, and we would definitely book again. Thank you for the great stay!

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!
