Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Felt right at home! We had an issue with the ac one night, and Mark was so quick in responding and fixing the problem! Would definitely stay again!

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! Adorable home with everything you’re going to need for a beach vacation. She really did think of everything. From beach towels and chairs, to laundry detergent and dryer sheets, you really feel like you’re in your own home. The location is a quick 15 minutes to the beach and the neighborhood is very quiet. Lauren was super quick to respond and super accommodating. We definitely recommend this great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Akeem was super responsive the whole time and was super flexible with both check in and check out which was amazing for our group. Our families were there for a soccer tournament and the house met all of our needs. The backyard was money. Thank you to Akeem for being a part of what made this trip amazing.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We brought our two dogs with us and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The dogs loved the backyard and we loved having breakfast outside then hitting the hot tub to start (and finish) our day. We also loved having the gym available to us 24/7 which we took advantage of. The riverwalk was only about an 8 min drive and we were there almost every day for walks/runs/the dog park. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber and she was very helpful for all of our needs! Overall, we had a blast!

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much, and Faye was super responsive and helpful about turning on the jets for us! The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was nice to park in the garage. The houses are close together, but it was peaceful and quiet and we slept well. A/C worked well and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We are frequent travelers and I cannot recommend Faye enough as a host. She was the sweetest, most responsive host I have ever encountered, and we have experienced some wonderful superhosts! The bed in the master is a foam mattress, so I would have been hot while sleeping if not for the wonderful ceiling fan. The satin duvet cover helped me stay cool, as well. There were plenty of pillows provided and extra towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there. We will most definitely return to this location - it's added to our favorites! Mark this one as a favorite now if you're headed to the Tampa area!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Jeff’s place was the most comfortable and accommodating AirBnB we’ve stayed at to date. The paddle boards, the dock, the bikes, and the hot tub!!! It was a wonderful place to stay with 4 kids!! Jeff and Mimi were great hosts and we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

Rose's property was perfect for our trip to Tampa for a family gathering. We had 12 adults and the mix of bedrooms and bed sizes worked out just right. Thank goodness no bunk beds! The distinct living spaces were also very accommodating for our group. This historic bungalow has been nicely updated with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and quiet, and the location is very convenient for in-town travel or excursions to the beach or the interior. Our co-hosts were very responsive to requests/questions before and during our stay.
