There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

There is still plenty of soft grassy space in the fenced backyard for your dogs! Inside, the freshly renovated interior is an inviting place to relax. Challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard, or watch the game on the 65" big screen while seated on the luxury real leather sofa.

This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
