2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

South Padre Paradise

Immaculate 1 bedroom condo overlooking the canal! This condo features a full bath, full kitchen, dining area, newer furniture, a king size bed, & a queen sofa bed. Walking distance to the beach, the turtle rescue, the bird sanctuary, & Clayton’s famous beach bar! There are fireworks every weekend from April to October that can be seen from the condo’s location. You can fish right from the canal! You can even bring you boat or kayak. The condo is close to where you can view Space X’s launches.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

Beach Front Condo

This 1-bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Mexican Gulf with the beach within steps away from the building's backdoor. It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.
