Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV. Modern Lakefront loft only 5 minute drive to the town of Yarmouth and the ferry terminal. Newly constructed. Swimming, fishing, canoeing/kayaking possible right from the private dock. *** N.B *** There are natural stone steps of various heights leading to the Loft and lakefront which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. There is no handrail. This property is not recommended for people who have mobility issues.
