The slow monday sits on the edge of protected forest (a cassowary corridor) just a stroll from the beach. A modern take on the classic Australian beach shack, the house is designed for the Queensland tropics. There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria Mission Beach 2 bedroom

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard, Litoria provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families (including the furry kind). Mission Beach Farmstay

Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. If you want the full Island experience, be sure to catch the 20min ferry transfer from Clump Point to Dunk Island.
