Bu Diah baik banget orang nya. Respon chat selalu cepat. Balasan chat nya pun selalu jelas. Apartment nya pun sangat rapih, bagus dan lengkap. Bu Diah sudah siapkan semua yang dibutuhkan di dalam apartment ini. Apartment nya sangat terawat. Bakalan stay disini lagi kalau saya di jakarta. Bener-bener nyaman kaya di rumah tempat nya.

First off the place is located in a great place. There’s a gym nearby. What I liked the most is the security stuff, they are very friendly and helpful. Also IRma is a great host, she’s collaborative!

Air panas nya sangat baik bukan hanya di kamar mandi tetapi juga di semua keran, sampai ke keran cuci piring. terdapat mesin cuci. parkir gratis. fasilitas lengkap. Apartemen masih sangat-sangat baru. sehingga ada beberapa perintilan yg blm lengkap. over all bintang 5

자카르타 출장이 있어서 방문하게 되었는데, 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았음. 1,2 층에 수영장, 헬스장, 미팅할 장소가 굉장히 많았고, 건물 직원들도 친절하게 안내해줬음 laundary는 세탁물을 맡기는 시스템 같았음 ( 코인식은 아님 ) 방은 한국 기준으로는 신축 오피스텔 느낌, 건물 시설은 호텔느낌 한국 기준으로는 건물내 매점이나 시설들이 8시에 닫아서 조금 아쉬웠다. 헤어드라이기가 포함되어있지 않으니 필요하다면 반드시 챙길 것 배달도 시켜먹어 봤는데 안내해 주는 주소로 시키고, 도착하면 전화가온다, 전화를 받고 지하2층의 데스크에서 수령할 수 있어서 편했다.

Rekomended banget buat staycation dengan keluarga .. mama ku aja pingin datang lagi jika next time liburan ke sini ...tempat yg tenang,nyaman,bersih,wifi lancar tidak macet,Netflix nya sesuai harapan hati ☺️☺️ ketika kami kehabisan air galon respon nya cepat utk diantar ,, tdk rugi jika memberikan rating 5 karena memang nyaman ... kak Didy makasih yaa ..sudah memberikan mama ku pelayanan yg baik ..sukses selalu 🤗😍 ..

It was a super pleasant stay. Mrs. May and Mr. Setiawan are very friendly persons, I felt very welcome and felt like family. Mrs May was very helpful, she told me everything that I needed to know for traveling in Jakarta. The Apartment itself looks exactly like in the pictures. It's very comfy, clean, smells really good and has everything that I needed. There is a clean swimming pool there. The location is very close to the public transportation and to the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, which is perfect for watching football matches or big concerts. Also it's close to some big shopping malls. There are also Indonesian street foods nearby. Overall it was very homelike. Nothing to complain. I definitely going to stay here again when I'm visiting Jakarta.

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Kami sangat nyaman untuk bermalam disini dan mba nur sangat ramah. Saya dan teman bermalam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Wifi nya cukup bagus dan Smart TV nya sangat besar, kebetulan bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti layar proyektor.. sangat rekomendasi

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I had a family eid vacation stay at Casa de Victoria by Kaca Stay in South Jakarta and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city, we especially loved the rooftop terrace and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back with another family vacation.

We're having a delightful time staying here🥰 The interior & furniture look modern. This place is neat, tidy, and clean. This is our second time staying here, we've stayed in the few same apartments (different unit/host) but this apartment has the best shape & well maintained compared to any other units we've tried💯 The host & co-host are communicative, friendly, & helpful. We got smooth check in & check out. This is a very strategic apartment in South Jakarta, easy to find & connected to one of the big malls in Jakarta. You can easily find food, do shopping, massage, and even treatments just by walking down the corridor straight to the mall.

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

A good cozy studio. Great views, not far from train station. Mall is just downstairs. Wifi speed good. Swimming pool and gym downstairs.

The unit is clean and has everything you need. The apartment facility is very good and also good communication with the owner. Recommended place! Will stay again here in the future

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Great host. Great building and location with very attentive staff. Pool and gym first class and having direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall (one of the 90s best in Jakarta) is a bonus
