Savor the Romance” Charming Historic Carriage Home

Sink into a retro coral armchair in the vibrant teal living room at this characterful abode off famous Jones Street. Pull up a mint chair on the intimate porch, then climb into the plush bed and drift off to sleep facing the dreamy woodland mural. SVR #01538 Our adorable carriage house is tucked behind our main residence and has everything you might need for a vacation away from it all! Our kitchen has the essentials, coffee and tea are provided. In the living room, our cozy sofa can double as a comfortable twin sized bed...and it also has a second twin sized trundle tucked below in case you have an extra traveler! The bedroom is located on the second floor, directly up the spiral staircase. Love our house but need some more space? Are we already booked for the days you are interested in? Check out our sister property, the main house located right on Jones St. in front of this little carriage house! https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/27313147?s=51 The entire carriage house is yours! Your private entrance is right off the lane. The courtyard space is shared with the main house. As Savannah locals, we would be happy to provide recommendations for touring, eating, or fun! We also understand that some people prefer to explore on their own, so if you need anything at all, just let us know! The property is tucked away in the heart of the historic district, walkable to downtown restaurants, sites, and the river. Take a leisurely walk around town or rent a bicycle and explore this beautiful city in the lovely Southern weather. We are walking distance to the famous Forsyth Park and River Street! We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate this beautiful city and our lovely Southern weather! If you prefer, Savannah now offers Uber, and there are always plenty of taxis and pedicabs available as well! If you choose to bring your own vehicle, please note that the street parking is typically readily available, but please be mindful of the areas that have meters and the posted sweep zone times! PLEASE be mindful of the half step at the top of the spiral staircase! We love the historic feature, but hate that half step, so please, be very careful!

UNIT A316 - SBRC This condo is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. Sail Away is a beautifully renovated condo that sleeps two in a comfy king bed. The condo has wifi and TV's in the living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with all you will need for a beach getaway. The coffee pot is dual with carafe and k-cup. Two beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Spacious newly built 3-bedroom 2.5 bath fenced in home centrally located.Start your day off dining outside on the patio with a hot cup of coffee or tea before going to Tybee Beach to swim or soak up the sun! Catch a trolley to visit one of Savannah many historic sites downtown. Don't forget our amazing lunch and shopping experiences. Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Come check out the new updates to our pool!! Plus lots of new stuff just added! Brand new bed, sheets and comfy pillows in the bedroom. Brand new bathtub and shower. Dolphin Delight. Beachfront complex with 2 pools.

Beachfront no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.
