Wildlife surrounding the property are kangaroos, echidnas, wombats and an abundance of bird life including lyrebird and our resident kookaburra. It's only a short drive or 10 minute walk down to the stunning Waratah Beach.

This spacious bedroom boasts a King sized bed, with an adjoining ensuite, and a functional kitchenette and dining space downstairs. The beautiful Waratah beach is a few minutes walk away. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No WiFi! No Pets Electric Vehicle; there is no facility for charging e.v's at the property, and is not permitted.

Our beautiful, light-filled and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment is surrounded by nature and across from the Broadbeach Inverloch Health Club. It is downstairs in a small block of four units. The centre of Inverloch is a short drive or 20 minute walk away, whilst the town beach can be reached on foot or bike via a boardwalk and bike-path within 10-15 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay (including a cot, high chair and other baby and toddler equipment).

A separate small bathroom provides a shower, basin & toilet. On the Apartment deck, there's a sheltered dining area.
