Bouldin Cottage

Come stay in this cozy cottage featuring a full kitchen, Nespresso machine, and a wonderful yard for pets! The house offers a king bed in the upstairs main room, a queen bed downstairs, as well as a large couch. We are also happy to provide a blow up mattress, if needed. Fiber/TV for those looking to get some work done. The home is located in a great neighborhood in Austin - walking distance to South Congress, top restaurants, Zilker, Town Lake and a $10 (typically) Uber to anything downtown.

The secondary bedrooms have queen size beds w/ shared bath. Fully equipped kitchen, 65" TV, and WiFi. Out back enjoy outdoor dining, Corn hole, loungers and a cozy fire pit. Less than 20 minutes from downtown and Zilker Park, and just 15 minutes to South Congress. **No garage access. With notice to our guests, owners may need to access items garage .

Hot Spot!! Lake View, by Hula Hut!! Entire Duplex.

Remodeled down to the studs duplex. Full time licensed vacation rental since 2012. It’s not someone’s home. Private fenced backyard. Price includes Hotel tax. Located across street from Hula Hut, Abel's, Mozart's, bus stop, BoatLanding, & Park. Bicycle share station 200 yards away. Located in Tarrytown, nicest & safest neighborhood in Austin. I sometimes do maintenance on this Airbnb & go into the backyard. I will try to notify you in advance. Pet Fees $25 - $50/pet (total) after booking.

Sunrise Casita is a 600 sq ft private studio-style guest house with two queen beds, one full bath, and kitchenette. It is private, safe, and quiet, and offers access to all of the shared outdoor space of Hudson Bend Ranch. Bathed in sunlight at sunrise, the Sunrise Casita porch is a great place to start your morning drinking coffee, watching the wild birds, and even encounter our family of deer on the ranch. Elegant Hillside Home Near Volente on Lake Travis

We are actually NOT near Leander, we just have a Leander address. We are near Volente and Lake Travis. ** If you wish to only rent out the upstairs of the home instead of the entire house for a lower nightly rate, please message me! ** Enjoy this hilltop spacious home with rustic decor. Lake Travis is currently having a drought and there is not water under the dock. The home is truly beautiful and the property is huge. Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.
