Nestled in a leafy and quiet oasis mere steps from South Congress Avenue, this jewel of a Tiny House is a masterpiece! Artfully designed and executed, you'll delight in the gorgeous space that has everything you need and nothing you don't. There's no location closer to South Congress and no abode more desirable. Free parking, an outdoor seating area, and accessibility to SoCo make this second to none. Not suitable for mobility impaired as the bed is accessed via a ladder. TAX NOT INCLUDED.

Sweet South Austin Bungalow in Bouldin Creek

Cool private bungalow in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of S. Austin. Open-plan house with tons of windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The modern bathroom is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.

Unique, Artsy Bungalow, Walk to South Congress

Stay in a beautiful piece of history with all the modern comforts! Lovingly restored mid-century Austin bungalow. Just a few minutes from South Congress, with everything Austin is known and loved for, you can walk to incredible restaurants, cafes, live music venues and more! kitchen, huge reclaimed wood dining table, washer/dryer, and two bathtubs to soak in after all that dancing. You can also let the dogs run around the private yard while you lay in the hammock!
