The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Our Guest House is a cozy 400sf cabin close to it all. Comfortably furnished, there's a queen bed in a bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove-top, small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, Keurig and small appliances. The grill outside is adjacent to a small patio. We're right on the Lamoille Rail Trail, 2 miles to the Long Trail, 4 miles to Johnson, 8 miles to Smugglers' Notch. Close to great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and canoeing!
