Lakewinds I- Cozy, Main Inn, Fireplace, Spa Tub

Lakewinds I (1-2 ppl) –Adults over 18 only. Main Lodge Lakeview Room with wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, whirlpool tub, queen size bed, coffee maker. Onsite facilities include our rejuvenating WaterSpa, outdoor pool, lake cruises aboard the historic Lady Hughes, canoes, kayaks and tennis courts. Restaurant onsite and unique experiences for an additional fee include spa therapy session, dogsledding, snowmobiling and treetop trekking all available in the local area or onsite.

ROLLING RAPIDS MOTEL ROOM 3

Room Three features one queen bed with a small 3 piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. All of our rooms include a microwave, coffee maker & Bar Fridge, Air Conditioner, Electric Heat, TV with satellite service, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and free use of our picnic area with a fire pit that is located on the shores of the breathtaking Madawaska River. This room doesn’t face the water, but the waterfront is just a short walk away on the property.

Room Ten features one queen bed with a small 3 piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. All of our rooms include a microwave, coffee maker & Bar Fridge, Air Conditioner, Electric Heat, TV with satellite service, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and free use of our picnic area with a fire pit that is located on the shores of the breathtaking Madawaska River. This room doesn’t face the water, but the waterfront is just a short walk away on the property.

DREAM CATCHER MOTEL ROOM 3

Room Three is over twice the size of our other rooms. It has a covered veranda on one end and a forest view and large patio on the other, 2 luxury pillow top double beds with a private 3-piece bathroom (the shower for this room is in the bathroom), a 42" flat screen TV with satellite service. This unit is the only unit we have that has a full kitchen including a full size fridge with freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Walk Out Deck Room 9

Just Minutes From The Lake and Boat Launch Firehouse Lodge Modern Walk out Deck Room, Full Bathroom,  Queen Beds, Wifi,  50″ LED Satellite Tv, Fridge, Microwave. Located on 8 Acres, on the property you will find lots to do, including Volleyball, Mini Golf, Multiple Beautiful Trails, Fire Pits, Picnic Tables, Lounging/ Tanning Chairs and More! 1 Bedroom, 3 Bedrooms and 5 Bedroom waterfront cottages are also available.

BELLWOOD INN ROOM 3

Room three is one of our newly renovated rooms. It’s comes complete with two comfy single beds and a private ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub/shower in its bathroom. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, unlimited free Wi-Fi, access to our sitting room, country deck and picnic areas with BBQ and fire-pit (including complimentary propane). Breakfast is no longer included or available at the inn

EAST GATE MOTEL CABIN

We also have one small, basic housekeeping cabin, 1 double bed in main room with 1 fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishes & bedding. In second room, 2 single beds. Small bathroom with shower and toilet. BBQ and fire pit just outside. Cabin is not air conditioned but has fans and movable electric heater. This room Also has a flat Screen TV. A Picnic area is located out back with a BBQ and fire pit!

Rolling Rapids Motel Room 2

This waterfront unit features a private patio and was newly renovated in spring 2025! Room Two is a one-bedroom unit with a two double beds, an accessible 3-piece luxury bathroom, and a kitchen with a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and air conditioning. Enjoy a TV with satellite service, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary use of the picnic area and fire pit by the beautiful Madawaska River.

Newly renovated Room Eleven, features 1 King bed, a private 3-piece bathroom, and a large screen TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and heat/AC. It's now more accessible with grab bars, wider doors, and a barrier-free shower. This newly built cabin is a great value. It Features a queen bed, covered veranda with private deck, a private 3 piece bath(Shower only), fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, A/C, private BBQ, fridge, microwave and fan. unlimited Free Wifi. This cabin can accommodate a cot for a third person if needed.

EAST GATE MOTEL ROOM 4

Room Four features 1 double bed with a private 3-piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. This room also has heat, air conditioning and a flat screen TV. The paint color, bedding & curtains have been updated in this room. A picnic area is located out back with a BBQ and fire pit!
