Le Riad bénéficie d'une connexion WIFI haut débit ( Fibre Optique 100 Mbps) et d’un système de climatisation autoreverse. En été, la maison est fraiche grâce aux matériaux naturels et écologiques de ses finitions. La maison est spacieuse avec une hygiène irréprochable. Le quartier est calme et très sécurisé par des gardiens de nuit qui veillent sur les maisons, les voitures et les commerces. Le Riad est situé à quelque minutes à pied du Grand Souk et à 8 mn en voiture de la plage.

Bonjour et bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement au cœur d’Agadir. Il comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain (dont une avec baignoire) et une grande terrasse. La résidence dispose d’une grande piscine, idéale pour se détendre. L’appartement de 120 m² est parfait pour couples, familles et voyageurs d’affaires. Wi-Fi haut débit, Netflix et cuisine entièrement équipée, ne manquant de rien. Commerces, restaurants et transports sont accessibles à pied.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
