During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Our tour is following the local laws,the only one with an horse path legally approved by the National Park of Vesuvius and fully covered by insurance, it will take place inside a Vineyard in the National park of Vesuvius(500 mts above sea level) however it will not go up to the crater since it's illegal "The ride is suitable both for beginners and experts - we will be there to help you! You will receive a small training and you'll be guided throughout this exciting excursion. " Our experience will start with a quick training before getting on the horse, to make everyone comfortable and understand how the horse behave and how we can get relaxed on them. Finally the real fun will begin by exploring the vineyards we will be able to cover some panoramic spots where we'll be able to look over Sorrento Coast and Capri Island. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 5€ pp to land on the island).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 18 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. Our company offer an experience that look cheaper with others motor boats or sailing boats but usually they host more people or have shorter time sailing around. If you don't swim and your goal is just walk inside Capri I suggest to take a ferry, the ferry is much faster and give you the opportunity to walk from the morning at evening around Capri place

While the sun goes down on the village, we'll have fun cruising the harbor of Positano bay and the beautiful costline of the vertical city of Positano. We will reach Furore Fjord, the fishermen village "La Praia", Il Tritone, San Pietro,One fire beach. We will stop to admire the susent enjoing a cup of Prosecco followed by a tipical aperitif and soft music. If you want, you can also jump into the sea. Be prepared to be wowed in a spectacular sunset over the Mediterranean sea. Slowly we will sail back to the vertical city, so you also have the possibility to take some breathtaking pictures from the boat with Positano in background! In the farmhouse my dad Pasquale produces organic wine, cheese, vegetables and makes fresh pasta everyday. I will share with you the history of my family farmhouse, the information and little secrets behind each ingredient and dish. Discover the local traditional cousin of Agerola and the Amalfi Coast enjoying dishes made with organic ingredients produced in our farmhouse and two types of home-made organic wine: Aglianico and Catalanesco. You will also be able to visit our cellar were we keep the wine we produce and some other products produces in our farm. We do offer vegan and vegetarian alternatives. We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. Passeremo per la Basilica, il Foro Romano con il mercato ed i TEMPLI principali...cammineremo per il decumano maggiore osservando dall'interno le TERME SUBURBANE (spettacolari ed aperte di recente) senza dimenticare di fare attenzione ai diversi simboli erotici sparsi per la città antica ed all'interno del LUPANARE! Esploreremo poi alcune delle più belle DOMUS aperte di recente ed in particolare le più affascinanti dove in alcune di esse i restauri sono stati eseguiti dall'Università di Napoli Federico II La visita continuerà tra botteghe dell'epoca, Termopolium,. Pistrinum, Teatro Grande e Piccolo, Caserma dei Gladiatori e tanto altro! Lasciati stupire ! Pompei è viva. Ti aspettiamo!

We will meet you in Positano main dock at 9:30 am and We start to sail and admiring the coast like Li Galli Inslet, where Ulisse passed. The sea is amazing,we stop at tordigliano and in Marina del Cantone where at first light of the morning the water is really clear and you can swim, snorkel and relax. l want to show you Crapolla cove, my hometown it is a special place that was a fischermen village. Just outside the bay we stop for a refresh overlooking the De Filippo private island, continuing to sail we show you the Birdcave. We will sail around Capri admiring the white, red and green grotto, hearth grotto, natural arch,the ancient port of Capri, the famous Faraglioni. Telling you all the fan fucts. We stop to swim and enjoy our tipical Panzanella, tasting with Prosecco.We stop at restaurat in Capri where you can tast Mediterran disces, than you have 3hrs to vist the island(you can also disembark in the port sharing the fee). Than we go back to Positano and stop to swimming along the coast.We offer fruits,drinks towels and snorkeling equipment. We will meet you in Positano marina where ferries pass just in front of the snack bar !most important thinks be there in advance 10/15 minutes before!!the boat leave at 9.30 so plese be there in avance not late!!! Our tour is following the local laws,the only one with an horse path legally approved by the National Park of Vesuvius and fully covered by insurance, it will take place inside a Vineyard in the National park of Vesuvius(500 mts above sea level) however it will not go up to the crater since it's illegal "The ride is suitable both for beginners and experts - we will be there to help you! You will receive a small training and you'll be guided throughout this exciting excursion. " Our experience will start with a quick training before getting on the horse, to make everyone comfortable and understand how the horse behave and how we can get relaxed on them. Finally the real fun will begin by exploring the vineyards we will be able to cover some panoramic spots where we'll be able to look over Sorrento Coast and Capri Island. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 5€ pp to land on the island).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.
