PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

15th Century Village house perched on top of a hill with beautiful views. A south facing terrace looking to the Petit Luberon mountains. A complete renovation provides all modern day comforts and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day in Provence. The village of Menerbes (A Year in Provence - Peter Mayle) has mostly local villagers living here. Beautiful walks and cycling are popular pastimes. There are museums, an art gallery & a few shops run by locals. Unspoilt and completely unique.

Son large auvent offre la possibilité de vivre à l'extérieur à l'abri du soleil et du vent (mistral). Proche du centre historique, du marché local et des commerces (à pied), elle est parfaitement équipée pour le télétravail (Fibre haut débit)

La villa de 100m2 se situe au Pontet, c'est juste à côté d'Avignon (10mn). Géographiquement, c'est très central : entre le Gard, les Bouches du Rhône, la Drôme et l’Ardèche. Gros bonus de ce logement : Vous n'aurez aucune nuisances sonores tout étant à proximité des grands axes routiers (A7, A9, voie rapide, gare TGV...) Dans une impasse avec peu de passage et aucun vis a vis. En saison, vous serez les seuls utilisateurs de la piscine. 24/24 et 7/7.

La literie est neuve. Les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas fournies.
