Fabulous 5*, sea view terrace, serenity, «Ulysse»

L'appartement "Ulysse", se trouve au 2e et 3e étage de l'étroite maison de pêcheurs "Philomer" et possède un charme irrésistible. Depuis le salon et la cuisine, mais encore plus depuis la terrasse, vous bénéficiez d'une vue magnifique sur la mer, les jardins fleuris, l'idyllique place Safranier et le Cap. Ici, vous pouvez écrire un livre ou tout simplement profiter du temps avec un verre de vin. C'est total calme, romantique et détendu. Aucune circulation ne vient perturber cette tranquillité..

Dans le vieux village au calme à 50 m de la place centrale, nous louons notre lumineux, rénové et climatisé duplex traversant de 3/4 pièces dont 2 chambres. Au sein d'une grande maison de village de famille, il a été notre cocon pendant des années; nous le mettons désormais à votre disposition. Occupant les 2 derniers étages de cette grande maison de village, notre duplex traversant est ainsi très lumineux. Sans vis à vis, il offre une vue dégagée d'un côté et une vue côté village de l'autre.

Stunning unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (and a separate toilet) with direct view on the sea, the beach and the mountain. With all modern amenities (AC, WIFI, APPLE TV....) and beautiful decoration, this property has everything: a well equipped kitchen (washing machine and separate dryer), large sitting-room, great dining-room. Linen and towels are provided with sample cosmetic items. Located in the heart of old Antibes, it is close to the train station, buse and the provencal market!

Entire Place in Antibes centre

Antibes is a small town on the French Riviera shore with modern and old buildings dating back to ancient origins. The apartment will give an authentic experience. The interior layout and opening to the terrace create a more than ample amount of hosting with enough secluded space inside. The view is over the main street leading down to a scenic seafront landscape. It’s surrounded with some amazing local restaurants, bars, markets, transportation, beach and Old City, the town's oldest part.

Beautiful apartment on the seafront located on the 5th floor of a nice building in the heart of Juan les Pins. Exceptional panoramic sea view of the Lerins Islands, Esterel Massif, Cap d'Antibes. Sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the building, train station 3 mins walk. Quality furniture and high-end bedding. Reversible climate control. 2 double beds: a sleeping area with a 190*140 bed and a 190*140 sofa bed. Animals accepted only on request.

Accès Mouratouglou à pied par raccourci au départ de la résidence Le logement est non-fumeur, convient à un couplé ou personne seule.
