Cozy, quiet studio cottage nestled on 1/3 acre of trees and surrounded by seasonal creeks. Indoor gas fireplace and full kitchen & large spacious deck. In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

Our southwest-facing home truly catches the Sonoma light. The European lime plaster and heated underfloor make it comfortable in all seasons. There's a million dollar view of the Petaluma Valley - best seen from the hot tub - only steps from the French doors of the master bedroom. You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Sonoma are only short rides away.

Victorian Garden Apartment - Petaluma’s West Side

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Clean Comfy Cottage Downtown

Our tree shaded studio cottage is one block from the heart of downtown. Stay just a two block walk from Russian River Brewing. This clean and quiet cottage has a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed. I am happy to customize the space to your needs. I offer soft and firm mattresses. I use cotton blankets so that you can have any weight on your bed that you would like. You are welcome to stack seven or more blankets at a time. I will adjust my cleaning regimen to meet your preferences.

Say hello to our friendly farm animals! Willow Farm Cabin is magical 100 - year old home in the heart of Penngrove. This is true country living and a short 12 min drive to downtown Petaluma and very close to wine country, Napa & Sonoma . The home is spacious and warm, filled with natural light and cozy rooms. A perfect place to create, read, write, draw, eat meals and gather. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (including a clawfoot tub), a private garden patio and an outdoor shower.
