This newly-built apartment is only 500m from the beach, 1km from the mountain, 2.5km from the city centre, and is surrounded by various facilities such as convenience stores, local markets, shopping mall etc. Our condo is on the 12th floor, with a wonderful beach-mountain view. We keep this place as fully-furnished, comfortable yet cozy as possible. Snacks and basic toiletries are free. If you are a piano lover, you're more than welcome to play the classic, 1960s-produced piano in the bedroom.
