Charming Old town touristic lodging-TI153

60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

MARsuites 1 is a bright and cozy accommodation unit perfectly located at one of the most beautiful streets in Old Town, in front of Almudaina Royal Palace. Maximum capacity 2 adults and 2 kids under 15. It belongs to MARsuites, an Old Town building recently renewed with 4 accommodation units with lift. MARsuites 1 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer a comfortable place to stay. It has a little balcony from where you will enjoy amazing views over the Palace and Cathedral.

Apartment Borne Suites Superior City Center 4 Pax

The Apartment is part of the Borne Suites building on the Paseo del Borne, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca and next to the most exclusive shops and restaurants in the city. The apartment has a balcony, dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Also, it is equipped with a private bathroom and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided. The building has an elevator on all floors.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. (Large Supermarkets) ASK FOR OUR NEW JET SKI RIDE -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.

Su situación es inmejorable, encuentra anclado en pleno centro de la ciudad, en una céntrica calle, cerca de todo Este alojamiento se alquila mediante contrato: LAU Ley 29/1994 de 24 de noviembre de Arrendamientos Urbanos sin ofrecer servicios o suministros adicionales. -Estancias de alquiler larga duración -Estancias de alquiler temporal sin fines turísticos/vacacionales. 4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)

Old Town Penthouse L´Aguila Terrace, Balcony, AC

L'Àguila Suites Penthouse with terrace is distributed as follows: on the lower floor 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large living room. In the same open space is the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils: Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle , toaster, etc. It was has free Wi-fi and elevator.

Lovely front sea / beach property

Refurbished and cosy front sea property, very quite and with gorgeous views to a sought after beach, Cala Pi. The property´s set in a small community. It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .
