This 4BDR, open floor plan home features 19' accordion glass door that opens onto an elevated deck. Complete with 2 wood burning fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, dining table for 12 (one inside, and one outside), the house showcases art from world travels and hand-made light fixtures. Steps away from the Roaring Run Nature Area- Hike, Bike, Ski or just relax.

New ownership! We want to carry on the previous owners wonderful hosting. Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, the Lucky 7 offers a blend of modern and rustic charm. Located 30 miles from 7 Springs, it’s between Indian Lake and Northwinds Golf Course. Start your day with coffee and breathtaking views, then walk or drive .6 miles to your private dock space for swimming, fishing, or relaxing with a drink. End your day with dinner and drinks at the Lodge, a quick .2 mile walk from the chalet.
