Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.
