We are 15 mins to Donner Lake and Truckee and just a bit further is spectacular Lake Tahoe. Donner Summit area has some of the finest skiing in the world, it's an ideal location as your base for hitting the slopes. Locally -Soda Springs Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge, Sugar Bowl and Boreal. Squaw Valley and Alpine and Northstar are half an hour away

Like a home on a golf course except up here the golf course is Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort and Soda Springs downhill ski resort. Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80.
