The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

The Maple Leaf Cottage

Tiny home tucked in the rural Forest Glade area of Machias, Snohomish. Only 7 minutes from Machias Meadows & Pretty Bird event venues. Warm up by the woodstove w/ a good book, or roast s’mores at your private fire pit, and sip coffee on the porch as our resident deer pass by. Whether your here for wedding, some outdoor adventure, or a lazy lake days, you'll be tucked away in the woods, while being near it all. Unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the stillness of this peaceful rural retreat.

This newly updated 450 SF is perfect for a short-term vacation or business rental. This is a hotel room setting with heated tile floors, no kitchen just a microwave & mini fridge.

A Historic Snohomish Home [The Walton House 1889]

The Historic 1889 Walton House in Snohomish, Washington was brought back to life in 2016/2017 by Snohomish Vacation Rentals. This home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light, and many original details that will make your stay a memorable experience. The Walton House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. The large kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. If you are looking to party, this is NOT the place.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Our A-frame get-a-way is located just 15 minutes from historic downtown Snohomish and 10 minutes from Snohomish golf course. Includes lakefront access with a paddleboard, adult kayak, 3 kid kayaks, fishing poles, firepit and lawn games. Whether you are enjoying our outdoor firepit, the lake via our included paddleboard or cooking a homemade meal; our cabin is outfitted to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.

Chloes Cottage

An ideal family & friends hideaway that is close to everything. Bikes are available on site to ride into town or you can relax at the fire pit roasting S'mores. There are 2 separate homes on this 1-acre property that share a yard and swimming pool. Each rental has their own private hot tub. Pets are welcome & the yard is mostly fenced. A portion of every rental is donated to help save the elephants.
