Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. The apartment is detached from the main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen (yes, there's coffee and tea), a private bathroom, as well as comfortable beds and a seating area for two people. Spacious yet cozy 93 square meters cottage located at the edge of the Snæfellsnesjökull national park. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Me and my wife fell in love with the un-earthly beauty of the Snæfellsnes peninsula and especially the area around the glacier and simply had to own our own getaway at this magical place which was voted the #1 place to visit in the wintertime (travelandleisure), and amongst Europe's 25 most interesting villages (Business Insider)

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

The 45m2 cottage is equipped with two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a view of the valley below Kirkjufell and a hot tub on the terrace.

A cozy and atmospheric family country house designed and built by the owners with dedication and love, with additional help from their children and friends. Arnarstapi, is a small fishing village with a beautiful dock where local fishermen keep their boats. The house is situated only a short walk from the scenic cliff side near a beautiful national park with the majestic glacier Snæfellsjökull.

We are renting a beautiful apartment with a great view of Kirkjufell mountain and also is very well located in Grundarfjörður. Brimilsvellir small cabin

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.
