Beautiful and cheery, situated on a quiet street, this lovely, spacious home will be your relaxing retreat for your family. Multiple large areas for gathering and relaxing, as well as private bedrooms and a game court are sure to please. The nightly fee covers the first 4 people staying. We do charge a small per person additional fee for 5 or more. Please note: This home is not to be used for events, parties or similar occasions. Also please note that there is no walk-in shower, no cable TV.

It is a 1907 bungalow that has been completely remodeled but maintains the historical charm. When you walk through the door you are walking into the splendor of an era gone by. This charming house is within walking distance to Salina Community Theater, Stiefel Theater, many restaurants, grocery store and many other downtown shops. Historic District Charm! Huge Patio & Backyard!

Gorgeous 100 year old home on a park like lot, walking distance from Salina's thriving Historic Downtown and Kansas Wesleyan University. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a wonderful kitchen, a huge back patio, a fenced yard, and big common areas make our home the perfect place for a trip with family or friends. We are a dog friendly property, but please be aware that the fence is chain link! Do not book our home if your dog is not house trained or if you intend to leave your dog unattended outside.

Enjoy a private entrance and parking spot off the street. Your space is connected to our house but you never have to enter our house to get to your space.
