Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Big 3 bedrooms apartment with two floors. Top floor has own smaller kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. Bottom floor has one big sunny bedroom, own bathroom and extra spacy kitchen/living room that can support 6+ people. Two floors are connected by interior staircase, but each floor has an own entrance as well. Apartment is in a quiet area of Brezno, great for skiing (just 10 minutes by car from SKI Mýto, 15 minutes from SKI-Tále, 20 minutes Chopok - Jasná juh) or just for hiking.

The village VÝCHODNÁ (*V) is an amazing place under High Tatras, a very good starting point for sightseeing, mountain and cycling tours. It is located in the middle between the towns of LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (from V. 25 km) and POPRAD (from V. 30 km). The village has almost the largest land area in Slovakia (19,350 ha) and the land area also includes the SYMBOL OF SLOVAKIA KRIVÁŇ (2,494 m above sea level), after which the accommodation is named.
