Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.
