This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Charming, retro, perfectly preserved time capsule house located on High Bank Skykomish river. This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging. Watch the eagles and the fish jump through a provided telescope and binoculars, or just while lounging in front of large picture windows. Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.
