In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. The distance from house to Kamari beach is 500m, to the small port 300m and to the Ai-Giannis beach 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is only 5km away(10min with car). At Kamari beach you can find shops with food and coffee. At Ai-Giannis beach you can find a cafe-restaurant.

The flat is situated just three meters above the sea, in the lush green area of Kokkino Nero, under the Kissavos Mountain. It is a two room flat with a big balcony under the shade of an old plane tree. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who crave for tranquility and relaxation. Come and enjoy the simplicity, the peace and quiet of the area, watch the sun rise, feel the sea breeze, and swim into the deep sea water or go trekking to the high mountains!

Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
