Located off the Baltimore Road, Skibbereen, this property is adjacent to Skibbereen Golf Course. The house location offers views of the beautiful country side and of the famous nature reserve, Lough Hyne. The bustling town of Skibbereen is a 5 minute drive with Lough Hyne and Baltimore less than 15 minutes away.

The Bright Side!

From an elevated position The Bright Side looks out over the stunning landscape of Tragumna Bay. It is a self contained two bedroom guest house attached to the main house. From your door step outside onto your own seated patio area and enjoy the garden views. The blue flag sandy beach and the Skibbereen Eagle Pub Restaurant are within 5 minutes walk, while Tralispean beach, Castletownsend, Lough Hyne, and Skibbereen are a short drive/cycle away. The Bright Side offers the perfect holiday base.

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

The Boathouse - A retreat by the sea

A secluded retreat by the sea on the wild West Cork coast. The Boathouse is a peaceful hideaway for two, surrounded by rewilding land, wetlands & sea. With the beach just 150 metres from the door. Converted using natural materials, the space is light & open, with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored & salvaged by us, giving it its own individual character. On arrival, we leave you a few homemade treats. A place to slow down & experience West Cork in every season.

Island View sleeps 12. It is a 6-bedroom property with amazing uninterrupted views across Roaring Water Bay, to Heir and Sherkin Islands, Baltimore and Cape Clear. Cunnamore Pier and the regular passenger ferries to Heir Island and, in the summer, Sherkin Island is a few minutes further down the road. There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor small dinghy’s and sailing craft. Island View is a 15 minute drive from Skibbereen.
