Χαλαρώστε στη σουίτα μας που βρίσκεται στην πιο αρχαία και παραδοσιακή γειτονιά της Σκοπέλου στη περιοχή του Χριστού!!Εδω θα ακούσετε μόνο τους ήχους των ντόπιων καθώς δεν κυκλοφορούν οχήματα!!Η πρόσβαση γίνετε από τον Μύλο όπου υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος για να παρκάρουμε!!Απο εκεί κατεβαίνουμε πολύ λιγο.Επισης ενας δευτερος δρομο πολύ κοντινος για το κέντρο είναι το πηγαδάκι!!!Ειμαστε ακριβώς στη καρδιά της παλιάς χώρας!! Θα ενθουσιαστείτε με το γεγονος οτι τα σκουπιδια συλλεγονται με αλογο !!

The Lemoni House - Skiathios - 2-bedroom apartment

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment (70m2) for 4 persons, in beautiful house situated in a quiet residential area, yet in the heart of Skiathos town, downhill, next to a closed green space featuring a big lemon tree. The green space is not (yet) accessible but provides a lot of natural light and privacy. The house is very conveniently located within a 5mn walk to minimarkets, two natural water sources, Papadiamanti street, the old port, bus stop nr4 and Megalis Ammos beach. (see map screenshot)

Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

μόλις 50μ από την παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και 8 μόνο (περίπου) λεπτά (900μέτρα) με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες με ζωντανή μουσική, fast-food, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ καθώς και εκμισθώσεις αυτοκινήτων και μηχανών. 70μ περίπου από το συγκρότημα, υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη στάση 5 μεγάλη άμμος με δρομολόγια προς όλες τις παραλίες της Σκιάθου καθώς και η πρόσβαση τους προς το λιμάνι, καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (ανά 10 λεπτά).

Α fully equipped studio by the central road from Loutraki to Skopelos Town with beautiful view at the sea. The studio is located at the entrance of Glossa Village. It is 3km far from loutraki port where there is frequent connection with Skiathos and Alonnisos islands, Volos city and Mantoudi (connection with Athens). The bus stop is 150 meters from the house and there is also a parking. Inside Glossa village there are plenty of places to eat, have a coffee and do shopping.

Dajon is a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the main hub of Papadiamantis street.
